| Review: The film raised the creepy atmosphere reminiscent of Mulholland Drive though in a completely different genre. Loan Pink from the film andthe pure eighties music and set against the unusual sounds, the streets today and the LA skyline. Great character study punctuated by violent scenes to keep the audience immersed in the movie blood bath. Some strong performances, stylish direction and intrigue complicated to complete this understated production bizarre. Drive does not provide box office gold in the short term, but will certainly pay dividends in the long run as a reference for future k film noir writer, director andthe fans. |
